Traveling to a different reality won't have any effect on things done
inside the bubble.

There would be no need to create a new bubble in each reality, the
surrounding reality has no impact on a bubble's existence either.

There's been speculation in the past that maybe reality storms could
wash away a character's reality bubble, but there's nothing in the
rules about it.

If you have a bubble up, moving to a different surrounding reality won't
have any impact on the spell because the bubble prevents the surrounding
reality from imposing its axioms on the character.

If you don't have a bubble up, moving into a reality that does not
support the spell would require making a contradiction check but it
would not automatically kill the effect unless you had entered a
pure zone.
