These represent areas bounded by Orrorshan stelae, but do not have the
requisite number of "believers" in Orrorshan reality to make them fall
under Orrorshan axioms. See the Torg Worldbook page 84 or Torg Revised
& Expanded p. 176 for a description of how many people are needed to
convert an area and how it is normally accomplished.
