A cosm may have areas that are pure, dominant, or mixed without
needing stelae. Most cosms are completely pure with some areas of
dominant. Earth is the opposite with mainly dominant with some pure.
Since you are playing things differently.. its up to you how you want
to set up your other cosms. [And yes what is core earth 'dominant'
over.. that is a very long and old conversation... I usually go with
older versions of itself :), but others just say its that dominant is
not a good word.]
I played that places like Haiti etc where axioms are locally different
that those are 'mixed' zones... but that was my house rule.
