[Torg] Dice Roller

I've been trying to keep my coding skills (as meek as they may be) from
degenerating over the summer, and so have been taking every opportunity to
write up little apps. Today (well, yesterday technically since it's now past
midnight :) ) I wrote a torg dice roller. Which i have now put online here:

it will roll, reroll and add on a 10 or 20 based on being skilled and
P-Rated or not., and allows the use of possibilities and/or hero cards to
reroll. Including minumum 10 on such rerolls. I personally don't expect to
use it much as i've always preferred real dice, but if one ever finds
themselves in a position to play without dice, then there it is.

One thing though, it does require the .net framework to run, since i wrote
it in VB. You can find that here if you don't already have it.
