[Torg] Reality Adds to 0

That's correct, so the first add in his new Reality skill costs one
P-Point to buy. Which means he does have to go for some time with the
skill at +0 adds. While that sounds painful, really it's only one
point different than going around with the skill at +1 add so it's
not that much worse of a situation.
