Yeah, I think I ran into that too the one time I tried a simultaneous
run.

I think if all of the rules and modifiers get applied they started to
equal out a bit, but only because things end up being made really
difficult for the runner. But yeah, even then they're pretty wimpy. I
think ultimately I decided to have more GodNet Monitors and other VX
personas operating within constructs so that there would be some more
challenging opposition to deal with.
