A quick google with the phrase "Core Earth is a dominant zone" brings
up a listing of contents of Infiniverse Newsletter, compiled by you
Jim, indicating that it unless otherwise specified, all of Core
Earth is a dominant zone, with pure zones exiting only around hardpoints.
(Me, I was prepared to go back as far at the original rules book
and check for some of hand mention of it in the chapter on reality
mechanics, but obviously I'm misremembering something chronic.)
