I think we had all the rules and modifiers in place: they still didn't seem very impressive.

Also, it's not entirely clear, IMO, what GodNet Monitors and VX personas do within constructs, or how they check for security breaches. So a construct has 5 Jackpriests and a VX angel: what do they do if an alarm hasn't gone out yet? How does their presence affect a GodNet Runner's stealth checks?
