I did find that, but it wasn't what I was looking for because it doesn't
come out and say that this is unusual compared to other cosms.
However, it does point to p85 of the original rulebook which actually
says "most cosms consist of approximately equal areas of dominant and
pure realities." I'm still pretty sure that this was contradicted by
a later statement which said most cosms are predominantly pure but I
still have not found it. In the R&E I said that it's approximately
equal in other realities but leans towards more pure than dominant
areas so there had to be a previous statement out here somewhere that
led me to say that.
