It's possible that some of the home realities will experience shifts.
The original rulebook notes (p103) that the effects of Core Earth's
P-Energy levels was reaching into the invading realities and creating
Storm Knights where they haven't existed for a very long time, so
there's definitely some stirring up of the P-Energy in the HL's home
realities.

I'm not familiar with any such rule. Where did you see it?
