The GodNet book seems a bit confused on the presence of personas in
constructs, in most of the examples they appear to be bereft of all life
except for sentinel programs. The jackpriests are all sitting out in
the real world at workstations operating things from there rather than
from within the GodNet and they only jack in when an alarm has gone
off. The only example which has someone already in the construct that
hackers can encounter isn't even a Papal one, it's the Sun King
construct on p76.

This never made any sense to me, given the religious nature of the
GodNet why would Cyberpapists manipulate it from the outside and only
enter it when required to? Especially given other sections which talk
about pleasant gardens in Babel Central where priests go to relax and
all the talk about public areas where presumably people are expected to
congregate - if the unwashed masses are expected to conduct business
and interact with each other within the GodNet why does the Church
monitor and operate everything from outside?

Anyway, if there is a jackpriest, angel or whatever in a cell and
there's no active alarm then the hacker's stealth checks follow the
rules on p45. "Guardian" appears to be used to refer to any hostile
within a construct, not just Sentinel programs.
