Since you say "books" I assume that means you've looked at the ones in
the Terra SB? The ones there tend to cover a lot of flaws that devices
might have - activation, burnout, a limited power supply, etc. The flaws
in the Nile book tend to be based more around exposure to some condition
or material, in which case a list of those will basically amount to just
a list of conditions and materials, which could be very lengthy.
