Questioning the rules usually isn't the problem. It is figuring out the answer which work within the existing core system that is the issue. Sometimes it is simple, and others it is slightly more complex. 

After using SBC (Skill Based Combat) that Jaysn wrote for quite a while....9 months now?....it simplifies a great deal of things, yet at the same time it has complicated certain math aspects. Our preperation deprived players tend to take longer each round of combat, but the fights are more fair. 

Works in the system, and with a little prep-work, is simplier than the other solutions within the core TORG system. 

We are tackling that with WS creation currently.
