[Torg] Occult Magic w/Cyberpapcy

As noted, I don't believe gaining Orrorsh corruption points is based on presumptions of what your actions represent, but what you actually do.

Presumably a non-Orrorsh character using Occult Magic wouldn't get corruption even for doing corrupt acts. Unless they do so in Orrorsh, of course.
