[Torg] TORG on Fantasy Grounds?

Here's a question:  Has anyone thought about or actually made a rule set for TORG for the awesome virtual tabletop software Fantasy Grounds II?

I've given a lot of thought of putting one together, but I'm not much of a programmer.  This would allow a lot of TORG people to get together and play again.
