[Torg] Single Shot as Multi-

Page 97 of the 2e rules says that "Some single-shot weapons
may be fired multiple times in one round."
Which single-shot weapons? "Some" suggests that
some single-shot weapons can not? Which ones can't?
And how many bullets do you have to use to get the
subsequent +3 damage bonus described? The example describes Quin as firing
"as fast as he can" with his Desert Eagle. The Desert Eagle has a ROF
of 6, but it's not described how many bullets Quin is using here.
Firing two guns gets a +2 damage (page 95). So that's
presumably two bullets, giving +2 damage. So how many bullets do you have to
fire from a single gun to get +3 damage?
Can two gun and "Single Shot as Multi-" be
combined? If you fire two Desert Eagles and fire both multiple times, do you
do... +5 damage? Or something else? Or can you not do it?
And finally, can you One-on-Many and fire multiple bullets? Given
you're already firing multiple bullets, presumably... But as long as you have
enough bullets to hit each target twice (say, Quin multi-attacking three
opponents and firing six bullets, the ammo of the Desert Eagle), can it be
done?
