[Torg] Single Shot as Multi-

10-12 shots a minute for a muzzle-loading musket? That doesn't sound right
... unless I misunderstand what a Springfield musketeer uses. I should
stress that I'm absolutely not an expert but I thought that firing three
times in a minute with a Napoleonic era (eg: 1812) musket was considered
pretty impressive (thank you, Bernard Cornwell). And wikipedia tells me that
even the breech-loading Springfield rifles of the late American Civil War
(eg: 1865) could only manage 8-10 shots per minute.

Mind you, heroic player characters and their cunning use of skills/cards can
achieve many impressive things.
