I agree.  I think if a character in a Magic 21 cosm really 
wanted to date Megan Fox, he'd have to make a willpower check
high enough to beat the wish total of the last guy to make
that wish.  It'd be easier to wish for a girlfriend who just
*looked* like Megan Fox. :o)
