As Jasyn mentioned, the only additional material was a module. It 
suffers from the fact that it was only meant to be an introduction to a 
larger series of adventures which were to culminate in the release of 
Torg 2.0, so it does not really provide a lot of useful information on 
the post-War situation.

In "War's End" all of the Darkness Devices end up being merged with 
Heketon and at the final battle the Gaunt Man claims that he has merged 
all of their power into his own form. While not explicitly stated, it is 
implied that when the Gaunt Man is destroyed so are all of the war's 
Darkness Devices.
