Yeah, interacting and crossing over with the Drama Deck were aspects of
Aspects that I figured would have to be playtested to find a good
balance. In addition to all the bonus cards there's crossover with other
cards too because you can "invoke for effect". For example, if you had
"member of a secret society" as an Aspect you could invoke it and say
that there's a chapter of said secret society in the town your character
is visiting, similar to playing a Connection card.
And there's similar crossover between the Drama Deck and Stunts too. For
example, there are a number of Stunts which can provide benefits similar
to Connection and Alertness cards and many give specific skill bonuses
which could be seen as similar but more narrow than cards like
Adrenalin, Willpower and Presence. (Actually you could define a lot of
the Stunts as advantages too.)

At it's most basic tagging is just invoking an Aspect that isn't one of
your character's Aspects. Say you know that an NPC has "Gullible" as an
Aspect, you could tag that and your character gets a bonus on a Trick
attempt made against him.
You can also do maneuvers to create temporary Aspects that get applied
to other characters and then tag them on later actions, similar to
making someone Unskilled or Setback in Torg and taking advantage of it.
I probably wouldn't go that far with importing Aspects into Torg since
the interaction rules already cover a lot of the same ground and unlike
Aspects with the Drama Deck I don't see a lot of synergy potential.
