Major Disipline:
 
Sweeping Star/Dart/etc : Training : clipping the grass : In one deftlly
smooth motion of the MA arm(s) the MA can throw as many Minute Throwing
Weapons (MTW: stars, darts, etc ... equivalent weapon to fit between the
fingers of the MA) as they have adds in MA. If used on one target, the
damage bonus is the MoO for the number of weapons thrown.
If used on more than one target, the MA can choose how many MTWs go to each
target, obviously the MA can't attempt to hit more targets than he has adds.
The only Multi-Action penalties exist for multiple targets, the throwing of
all the MTWs is considered one attack. 
 
Training:
Clipping the Grass : DN : MA: 15 : The Martial Artist is required to pluck 8
specific blades of grass from a grass field (or equivalent). Once the Master
has pointed out the 8 blade, the MA sweeps both arms over the area, catching
and breaking each blade of grass inbetween a different set of fingers. They
must be plucked from the same height. Should the student have the required
blades of grass (4 in the left, 4 in the right) with the required length,
then the student has mastered the required skill.
 
Essentially this disipline allows a MA to use thrown objects as a major
offensive tool. My only question is whether I should leave it the way it is
or to eliminate the Mulit-Action penalty all together. After all this is a
Major Discipline of a MA. Those aren't easy. By the time the MA can even
attempt this skill, they'll have at least 5 adds in MA, thus they'll be able
to hurl at least 5 small objects at something. Considering
poision/shock/small-explosion MTWs, this could be major.
